Most all  our products are easy care. We recommend machine wash gentle cycle, tumble dry low, remove immediately.

We believe our children need to explore and play. Our garments allow for ampleroom for movement. We know all children do not meet an exact size/fit chart-but please review our measurement list for best indication of fit.

We will do our best to fill your order as quickly as possible. Most 0rders are filled within  48
hours. If for any reason we can’t fill your order within 7 days we will contact you. If you choose priority shipping there still may be a handling period of up to 48hours.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at the discretion of Mack & Co.

Mack& Co is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer.

When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one ofthe following situations:

- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home

- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normalon your property

- The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before itactually has been

- Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household

We find that a lost package usually shows up within aweek. Our policy is that if a package still hasn't arrived in 14 days after the labeled delivery date, we will issue are placement or store credit.
